Claudio and Catia, along with Andrea, Caterina, and Francesco: their passion for hospitality continues…
For over thirty years, the Porceddu family has been involved in the hospitality industry in Val Rendena. First, they ran well-known bars in Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo, where Claudio and Catia built their expertise based on passion, dedication, and personal contact. Then, since 2017, they have managed the Hotel Funivie, which the family now runs together, combining tradition with a youthful spirit.
Claudio primarily oversees the bar and the overall upkeep of the hotel, always attentive to every detail. Catia passionately oversees breakfast service and the preparation of homemade desserts, which exude authenticity and hospitality. Andrea, the chef, and Francesco, the bartender and maître d', trained at the Tione Hotel School, bringing expertise, creativity, and a smile that puts everyone at ease. Alongside them, Caterina, Andrea's wife, primarily handles reception, attending to every detail with kindness and helpfulness, and also participates in dining room service, where her presence adds a touch of elegance and familiarity.
Today, Hotel Funivie is the fruit of a shared journey, combining the experience of parents and the energy of children, with a single goal: to make every guest feel part of something authentic. In addition to comfortable rooms and a unique location right across from the ski lifts, the hotel invites you to discover the Bistrot Funivie: a welcoming atmosphere where Trentino cuisine meets creativity and local flavors, amid authentic dishes and genuine smiles.

Breakfast
Our breakfast is always included in the basic rate of every stay.
All the cakes and desserts for our breakfast are made exclusively by us, in particular by Catia, using genuine raw materials and a lot of passion, as are the jams.
The honey comes from local beekeepers, the milk directly from our cooperative dairy.
