For summer 2026, the Hotel Funivie restaurant will be renovated and become La Tavola alle Funivie: an à la carte offering designed for those seeking quality, simplicity, and a welcoming atmosphere.


It's a natural evolution: the same values as always (hospitality and attention), with an even more free and contemporary cuisine, without formalities.

We're in Pinzolo, right in front of the cable cars: a very convenient location from the center and perfect after a day in the mountains.

Folada - Nosiola

"La Nosiola" in the Valle dei Laghi; "il Nosiola" in the rest of Trentino: beyond the article, this variety is undoubtedly the one to which Trentino winemakers are most attached. Certainly because it is the only native white grape variety still cultivated, but also because—with its austere, challenging nature, yet capable of opening up and revealing itself over time—it symbolically captures a facet of the character of the inhabitants of this rural land. In the mild, breezy climate of the Valle dei Laghi, Nosiola has found one of its ideal growing environments, so much so that it has become a symbol of the material culture and collective imagination of this land.

After years of winemaking research, the Pisoni family has developed a winemaking method that eliminates the need for added sulfites, while still guaranteeing wines of the highest quality. Codecce takes its name from the vineyard of the same name, nestled on the San Siro hill, perfect for growing white grapes that reach the perfect level of ripeness and aromatic concentration. It is a wine with full, mature, and exotic aromas, and a smooth yet fresh and crisp flavor: a perfect representation of the Valle dei Laghi, an Alpine region with a Mediterranean climate.

Winemaking After pressing, the grapes remain in contact with their skins for about 10 days. After racking, the wine is aged in barriques and large oak barrels.

Red Hunchback

Teroldego was chosen as the red wine in the "sulphite-free" line: not only because it is the flagship wine of the Trentino tradition, but also for its varietal characteristics, being rich in anthocyanins, natural antioxidants. Thanks to its soft tannins, it lends itself perfectly to vinification and maturation exclusively in stainless steel, which enhances its aromas of berries, strawberries, and black cherries, and makes it a fresh and easy drink.

REBO

Born of the local spirit, Rebo is a cross between Merlot and Teroldego, selected in the early 1950s by Rebo Rigotti, a researcher at the San Michele all'Adige Agricultural Institute, who was born and raised in the Valle dei Laghi. A true "cultural autochthon," it inevitably found its ideal habitat in the land that gave birth to its creator, after whom it takes its name. Rebo is a wine of great structure, rich in color and with sweet tannins, combining the gentleness of Teroldego with the robustness of Merlot. Its characteristics also make it suitable for long bottle aging.
