Relaxing... in the dining room with the first buffet proposal rich in colors and freshness, with the kindness of Maĭtre Francesco who presents the wine list and the daily proposals, the moments of flavor are completed and it ends with the sweet taste innovative and original desserts. “nonsolotradizione”… but… creative and simple elaboration of national territorial recipes. “nonsoloacqua”… but… a refined list of local wines, Trentino craft beers and exclusive grappas.

Raw material

With a capital M because they are researched and selected by certified suppliers. With a capital M because they are treated and processed with care and attention to their characteristics. With a capital M because they are skilfully combined together they allow us to propose dishes with full, harmonious and above all tasty flavours. .

I Menu

Strictly daily consisting of a buffet of fresh vegetables and composed salads, starter, choice between two first courses and two second courses, dessert; Menus always based on the availability of different raw materials sourced according to the season.


There is no shortage of themed MENUS... every Tuesday the Fish Dinner and every Thursday the Typical Dinner.


Dishes are offered with attention to different needs, at least one vegetarian alternative is always available in addition to the vegetable buffet, on request, also gluten-free cuisine.


Service

A refined and classy service, also reflected in the Design and Mis en Place of our renovated Restaurant Room, no tablecloths, only black wooden tables, minimal cutlery and soft lighting, these are just some of the details given by our service and from our Maitre di Sala Francesco...you will discover the rest...


The recipes

Imagination is not lacking. Technique and experience, that is, Andrea and Catia, frequently develop traditional recipes in a personal way, with one ingredient above all: the passion for cooking.


Each dish has a unique involvement of flavors studied in detail, any variation compromises the balance of the dish and the final experience, which is why we invite our guests to try and taste our menus as they were created by Chef Andrea, we are sure you will not regret it.
